This is a little tool i've been using for many years.. So thought i'd upload it because it can be hard to find these days.

Remove dupes, merge and split files, append, convert to upper/lower case you name it this one will probably do it.

If you work with any sort of lists, this is worth downloading.

It might be old, but yes it works on Win7 and it's also "portable" no install needed.
